What is a lifestyle journey?
At Ideas For People, we think your lifestyle
is really about how you choose to live your
life.
What do you want from your life?
Where do you want to go or what do you want
to do?
What are your dreams and hopes for your future?
Wherever the JOURNEY of life takes you, there
are only a handful of things that are certain.
One of these is that whatever it is that you
want to be or accomplish, you won't get very
far unless you're healthy.
You may have heard the saying that you could
have all the money or possessions in the world,
but you won't be able to enjoy them or live
the way you want to unless you're healthy.
But what does it mean to be healthy?
For some people (the people that don't want
much from life it seems), being healthy means
just not being sick.
BUT
.we think being healthy means so much
more than that!
Being healthy is having the ability - physically
and mentally - to be able to live the experiences
you want to live - with energy, with vitality,
with pizzazz, without limitations - all within
your own abilities - safely and in control.
Your Creator (whoever or whatever you believe
that to be) has bestowed within you an innate
life energy and an internal drive to be healthy.
No matter what your level of physical or mental
ability, being healthy means living your
life to your greatest potential.
When you're healthy, you really can do anything
you want - the sky really is the limit!
Makes sense, right?
But how do you make yourself healthy?
The main idea behind The Lifestyle Journey
is that being healthy is really all about making
choices.
That means that being healthy is up to you!
- You can choose to make your body as strong
and as fit as you can - within your abilities
- or you can choose not to.
- You can choose to feed and nourish your
body with a variety of healthy foods - or
you can choose to feed it with not-so-healthy
choices.
- You can choose to smoke, do drugs, drink
and see eventually where that gets you - or
you can choose to be more responsible about
these issues.
The Lifestyle Journey Program is about
putting the ability to make healthy choices
into your hands.
It will help you to make healthier choices when
it comes to:
- Eating and nutrition
- Physical activity
- Not smoking
- Having a positive attitude towards life
It's up to you!
The Lifestyle Journey Program is written

and physical activity and your lifestyle, but
it is also designed to help you create healthier
habits in your life.

- we're only talking about helping you make
